Thank you so much On the passing of my uncle and dad, I contacted Iles and Vincent. The first thing I can say it was like calling a family member, they showed empathy and compassion. We will take care of your every need they said, this put my mind at rest. On meeting Bev she was professional and very warming, she made it about us on this very sad occasion. Nothing was to much trouble and she made my mum realise as hard as this would be this company were there for us! The chapel of rest is a beautiful place and it was a pleasure sitting with my dad in a room that felt like home! With 2 very close funerals both different, but both made to feel equally special.
It’s not often you come across people that make you feel how Iles and Vincent make you feel even in such sad times, they bring some brightness.

Following a disappointing meeting with another company, the Iles & Vincent team was recommended to us by a friend. From the word go, Anna and Beverley showed a level of care and experience that put us at ease and took a huge amount of the worry away about the whole process. They had the right knowledge to guide us through the logistics and arrangements whilst also showing genuine empathy and understanding of our loss. At the funeral itself they were a calm and reassuring presence taking care of the process and allowing us to grieve, dealing with late-arriving guests in their stride. The care down to the smallest detail was exceptional.

Thank you for everything. I hadn’t really a clue what to do when a very close relative died. Fortunately that didn’t matter. Someone recommended Iles and Vincent and I basically left it to them. I had previously contacted another directors in town and not heard back from them…..however Anna couldn’t of been more helpful….by that same afternoon I had had a call from the stonemasons and the process began. Unfortunately last year my mother passed away, the next day I contacted Anna and Bev and knew my Mum and my family were in safe hands. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble and it didnt matter what time day or night I needed something or had a concern Anna was on the end of the phone. The care, respect, understanding and professionalism from these two lovely ladies at such a difficult time is second to none. You’re loved ones, are without a doubt, in the safest loving hands possible.

At short notice, Iles & Vincent undertook my father’s funeral. I found them to be kind, empathetic and endlessly patient – but also thoroughly professional and efficient. This company offers a genuinely “bespoke” service, yet their charges are very reasonable. Outstanding and Sincere Service Anna and her team cared for our Mum (and our whole family) with the utmost respect, understanding and integrity. From the moment they took her into their care we felt we were in safe hands.
Their fees are fair (quite probably lower than other companies) and their care and efficiency is outstanding. Anna helped us navigate a couple of external circumstances calmly & efficiently and enabled us meet our need for a service within a very short time. We have used Iles and Vincent 3 times over the last 2 years firstly with my mil,then again in October and November 2019 when I lost both my parents within 5 weeks of each other. Bev answered my call straight away and was reassuring that she had everything in place,she was amazing and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I went to visit all parents in the chapel of rest and to be fair they looked like they were asleep as I was at all their deaths I was worried with what I would see. Professional and Highly Recommended My Brother’s funeral was outstanding. A Funeral Plan was put in place about 4 years ago because my brother was having seizures. Anna was very good at time, we made all the plans and put everything in place just incase something happened whilst I was on holiday. 4 years later and many seizures after, it did happen, and unfortunately I was away. But I didn’t need to fly back it was all taken care of. Anna and I had a brief chat, put things in motion and then when I came back Anna and myself sat down and everything was sorted. I couldn’t wish for better funeral directors in Warminster it was a honour to work with Anna throughout Danny’s Funeral. The service we were given was bespoke and caring and the finishing touches that Anna suggested made a very difficult day much easier. Compassionate and efficient service Iles and Vincent were recommended to our family from the care home where our 99 year old Mum had been resident for several years. The service, efficiency and compassion we experienced was outstanding from the initial telephone arrangements through to the Order of Service they designed which was so fitting for our Mum as it had been put together with such care and thought. The attention to detail such as the beautiful photograph and candles at the crematorium and the framed photos they gave to us afterwards meant so much to us. We had the added stress of the funeral being in Covid restrictions and Bev even arranged permitted refreshments at a local pub afterwards.
